Wipe Out! New Wiper Blades for Winnetka Drivers

When people in Winnetka talk about vehicle safety, they think of tires and brakes. But do we think about our windshields? Isn't the ability to see a prime safety factor when it comes to driving around CA? Yet we often don't even notice our windshields until we can't see through them or our wiper blades fail.

It's estimated that around 46 million people are driving with wipers that won't keep their windshields clear during a storm — that's 46 million people with impaired vision during a storm. For safety's sake, Winnetka drivers need to change the way they think about wiper blades. Most of us, 78% in fact, only change our wiper blades after they fail. We brought our Mazda CX-5 in for an AC check, just a week after our Ford Fusion which needed numerous hose replacements. We've been using A.G. for a handful of years now for the Fusion, while the Mazda was serviced by the dealer until the warranty just recently expired. My Fusion was at A.G. for about a week which was a little bit longer than expected. But I realized that parts and shipping can have delays due to all the supply chain issues going on right now. And it helped in finding cheaper parts as they were able to shop around, which lowered my charge from the original quote. So, a week later, we decided to bring our Mazda in, basically without any appointment. The dealer wanted an insane amount of money to refresh the AC. But A.G. checked and repaired our AC issue and got it in and out in the same day. I think they did it so quick as a quiet courtesy for the delay with the Fusion, which, in my opinion, shows great customer service. We will continue using A.G. for all our auto repairs, as well as recommend them to our friends and family. Chuck is a cool, up front guy and the two women who handle the administrative work and the customers, Amber and Tammy, are very friendly and courteous.

Tammy and Amber were very helpful and nice, I think they both took an hour each to explain stuff to me. Not the cheapest shop ,but it's worth it in LA, I'll never take my car to a cheap shop to be lied to again. I would recommend anyone to come here if you care about your car.

My regular mechanic has been really busy lately, and My daughter brings her Prius to A.G. Automotive, so I decided to try them out, and I was not disappointed. Chuck was very professional, and honest. He did fix the problem at hand, but did say he needed a few days to find the actual deep down cause of the problem so we will bring the car back very soon. He got the car back on the road, and I felt very at ease talking to him. He is very down to earth, and to the point. He is a mechanic you can send your kids or wife to and not worry about getting gouged or sold services that are not needed. Now granted they are a bit short handed right now, but they will get the job done. I feel like I have found a new mechanic, Also Thank you to Amber who answered the phone and got me in.

All around amazing shop!! Some of the nicest and most up front people I've ever met. Aside from excellent customer service, there's no one I would trust more with my car. They got me in quickly and not only fixed my electrical issues, but made sure everything else on the car looked good. They even gave me a heads up on what I will be having to replace next! This shop is a rarity and will forever be my go to.
